We have established our own laboratory to test our product’s quality on real time basis. Also we are
researching jointly with a team from NIT (National institute of technology) to look for new
materials
that can be used to produce light-weight and cost efficient bullet resistant glasses for which we
are
providing various samples combined with different materials to check the results for resistance to
bullet
penetration. Our service to the customers is one of the best in our region. Shortly we are going to
give
online communication through implementation of ERP system for tracking order status and dispatch
status
to our clients which will further add to customer service. We have also initiated implementation of
TPM
a concept from Japanese manufacturers for improving our quality and services further.
